In 2020, Noble + Eaton was launched by brothers Bruce & Glyn Evershed as an education design consultancy, enabling the educational impact of designed learning environments to be more specific and bringing neuroinclusive design to the forefront of our work.

Passionate about international education and the power of place, our co-founders are the reason Noble + Eaton is in the room with some of the world’s most ambitious schools.

Coming from a background spanning education design, construction, and fit-out across the UK and internationally, Bruce brings a rare combination of commercial instinct and deep sector knowledge. He understands what school leaders actually need — not just beautiful spaces, but environments that genuinely change outcomes for students and staff.
 
As Chief Revenue Officer of Noble + Eaton, he is the driving force behind the consultancy’s global growth – connecting forward-thinking schools and institutions with the design expertise to transform how their communities learn, work, and thrive.

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

With a background in delivering education-focused design, build, fit-out and learning environment projects, Glyn brings a practical, outcomes-led approach to helping schools create spaces where students can learn, grow and thrive.

As COO of Noble + Eaton, Glyn plays a key role in connecting strategic educational consultancy with the group’s wider design, manufacturing and project delivery expertise. His work is shaped by a belief in purposeful environments: spaces that support wellbeing, boost cognition, encourage inclusion and help school leaders realise their vision for the future.
